After dip dye hair is glitter the next 90's trend to make a come back?

Coloured nail vanish is back and glitter along with it ! Back in 98' I was obsessed with brightly painted nails and had bottles and bottles of colourful glitter varnishes that I would layer over a green or a yellow undercoats. By the time the millennium had come round , my little bottles had all dried up and along with them the glitter nail fashion . I was sure we would never see it return , but I was wrong ! 14 years later glitter varnish is all the rage again and strangely enough I find myself coveting those crazy little sparkling bottles all over again ! Oh no, what next ? Body glitter   ?
